Sweet Potato Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 medium baked sweet potato (cooked)
1 container (~5 oz) plain 0% fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Breeze almond milk – unsweetened vanilla
½ banana (frozen if possible)
1 teaspoon ground sweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend the above ingredients in a blender on a high speed.
